AI startup AliceAI announced Tuesday that it has raised $350 million at a valuation of $4 billion, double the value it was valued at when it raised its Series E last August.

This latest round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. EliseAI, founded in 2017, automates administrative and operational tasks for accommodation and healthcare companies. It said its software is used by 1 in 6 apartments nationwide and announced its ARR exceeded $200 million this summer.

Earlier this month, Alice announced the launch of an AI “teammate” called Apollo that helps with tasks inside the AliceAI platform. “It’s basically built on the same platform that already runs leasing, maintenance and renewals,” co-founder and CEO Minna Song told TechCrunch. “So it can work across every role in a property team.”

EliseAI also helps automate patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups in the health care field, “from the first inbound call through referral, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation and follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks,” she said. The company targeted housing and health care because they are two of the “biggest expenses for American families,” he said.
